What is the return policy?
For hygiene and safety reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on Crowned Naturals products. However, your satisfaction is important to us! If there’s ever an issue with your order or you have any questions, please contact our customer service team — we’re always here to help.

Refunds and Cancellations
If your shipping label has not yet been printed, you may request a refund within 2 hours of placing your order. Once the label has been created, cancellations can no longer be processed.
Please note, a $3.00 USD restocking fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.
Unclaimed Mail
Please note if the post office holds your item at the post office, the customer is responsible for picking up the item. Crowned Naturals is not responsible for unclaimed packages returned to sender.
Damages
Please report any damages to your package within 3 days of receiving your parcel. Please attach any relevant photos or videos of damages and we will assist you with your order.
