What is the return policy?
For hygiene and safety reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on Crowned Naturals products. However, your satisfaction is important to us! If there’s ever an issue with your order or you have any questions, please contact our customer service team — we’re always here to help.
Are your products cruelty free?
Our products are 100% cruelty-free and vegan, crafted with care and integrity. We take pride in ethically sourcing every ingredient to ensure quality you can trust
How long will it take to see results?
Everyone’s hair journey is unique! With consistent use, you’ll begin to see visible improvements in your hair’s overall health. Our oils work continuously to nourish your scalp and create the ideal environment for your hair to grow longer, thicker, and stronger.
Most customers notice increased density within 2 months, with their best, most satisfying results around 4 months.
Will my disease be cured with your products?
Crowned Naturals products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical conditions. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, please consult your healthcare provider before use.
Can I use your product while pregnant or breastfeeding?
Due to the fact that we use essential oils, we always suggest speaking to your doctor before use of any new products during pregnancy or breast feeding.
How can I perform a patch test?
We recommend performing a patch test before using any new product. Apply a small amount to your wrist or behind your ear, cover the area, and monitor for 48 hours.
If you experience any irritation such as redness, itching, blistering, or discomfort, discontinue use immediately. Please note that sensitivities or allergic reactions may develop over time — if irritation occurs at any point, stop using the product.
Refunds and Cancellations
If your shipping label has not yet been printed, you may request a refund within 2 hours of placing your order. Once the label has been created, cancellations can no longer be processed.
Please note, a $3.00 USD restocking fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.
